Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States (excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska)

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle accounting, including monthly close, financial statements, and reporting commentary.
• Establish and maintain a close process delivering financial statements by the 8th business day.
• Partner with the CFO to monitor business performance, evaluate metrics, and identify financial trends.
• Optimize accounting systems and processes to deliver better analytics and decision support.
• Maintain GAAP compliance, manage external audits, and build audit-ready internal controls.
• Oversee tax strategy, sales tax filings, and business registrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading accounting and finance teams.
• Expertise in GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside in the Continental US, excluding California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
• Proficiency in financial systems, preferably NetSuite.

Nice to have

• CPA or CMA certification.
