What you will do

• Develop and maintain highly accurate ARR forecasting models across marketing, sales pipeline, and customer segments.
• Forecast and manage revenue and expenses for sales functions in partnership with Revenue Accounting.
• Build scalable financial frameworks to translate GTM strategy into measurable performance indicators.
• Integrate AI tools into finance workflows to synthesize cross-functional data and support faster business decisions.
• Lead the full sales compensation cycle, including plan design, reporting, and administration.
• Manage quota setting, capacity planning, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting GTM teams in a Finance role, preferably within a SaaS business.
• Proven experience in people management and leading high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience building subscription revenue models in a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Work authorization for the United States
