What you will do

• Develop annual field marketing plans in collaboration with sales, channel, and tech alliance teams to support pipeline growth.
• Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, and paid ads to reach target markets.
• Plan and manage live field and partner events, ensuring cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies.
• Implement targeted account strategies to support account-based selling initiatives.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaign ROI for continuous optimization.
• Manage budgets and educate sales teams on regional and global marketing activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field and partner marketing initiatives.
• Expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing execution.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams to drive awareness and sales.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
