What you will do
- Develop and execute the Americas channel field marketing strategy to generate net-new partner-sourced pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end co-marketing motion, including joint program design, MDF management, and pipeline attribution.
- Design joint field programs such as co-hosted events, partner-led roundtables, roadshows, and CISO experiences.
- Define and enforce pipeline ROI standards for all channel field investments.
- Collaborate with channel sales, demand gen, ABM, and product marketing to align regional sales plays.
Requirements
- 4+ years of channel marketing experience with measurable pipeline contribution.
- Proven track record of executing co-marketing events with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors.
- Experience managing MDF event budgets and ROI reporting.
- Deep understanding of the B2B technology channel partner ecosystem.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and partner attribution.
- Familiarity with Federal/Public Sector channel marketing (e.g., Carahsoft, FedRAMP, CMMC).
- Experience with ABM tools like Zoominfo or Reachdesk.
- Knowledge of Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
