TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 annually + equity.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Americas channel field marketing strategy to generate net-new partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Manage the end-to-end co-marketing motion, including joint program design, MDF management, and pipeline attribution.
  • Design joint field programs such as co-hosted events, partner-led roundtables, roadshows, and CISO experiences.
  • Define and enforce pipeline ROI standards for all channel field investments.
  • Collaborate with channel sales, demand gen, ABM, and product marketing to align regional sales plays.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of channel marketing experience with measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Proven track record of executing co-marketing events with VARs, resellers, alliance partners, or distributors.
  • Experience managing MDF event budgets and ROI reporting.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B technology channel partner ecosystem.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or adjacent B2B security markets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and partner attribution.
  • Familiarity with Federal/Public Sector channel marketing (e.g., Carahsoft, FedRAMP, CMMC).
  • Experience with ABM tools like Zoominfo or Reachdesk.
  • Knowledge of Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
