What you will do

• Own the partner operations lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to deal registration and attribution.
• Design and optimize partner programs for ISVs and GSIs to align with growth strategy.
• Build scalable processes to improve partner performance visibility and GTM efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for key metrics such as partner-sourced ARR and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with Alliances leadership to forecast channel revenue and identify growth gaps.
• Enhance the partner technology stack, including Salesforce PRM, Marketo, and Outreach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, or Channel Programs within a tech/software company.
• Experience supporting alliances, resellers, ISVs, GSIs, or OEM partners.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and PRM, including data governance and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and analytical functions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecosystem tools like Impartner, Crossbeam, or Allbound.
• Familiarity with partner attribution models and market development funds (MDF) tracking.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for reporting purposes.
