What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Utilize LinkedIn and various job boards to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay current with recruitment trends within the sales, marketing, and affiliate industries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate roles.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Russian: C1 proficiency required.
• Must be based in one of the following countries: Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Spain, or Georgia.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
