TL;DR

Digital Consultant (MedTech): Advising leading MedTech companies on digital transformation, innovation, and business challenges with an accent on product management, engineering initiatives, and data-driven organizations. Focus on translating business requirements into actionable concepts for R&D teams, developing business models for digital health innovations, and leading consulting workstreams.

Hybrid: Stuttgart, Eschborn, or Munich (on-site at least two days per week)

What you will do

  • Advise MedTech clients on digital transformation, innovation, and business challenges for products and engineering.
  • Lead consulting engagements in product management, innovation management, and engineering projects.
  • Translate business and market requirements into concepts for R&D, engineering, and digital product teams.
  • Design data-driven organizations with analytics-enabled decision-making and digital platforms.
  • Develop business models and go-to-market strategies for digital health and MedTech innovations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and handle client communication and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years consulting experience in MedTech or Health industry.
  • Expertise in MedTech product management, innovation, and business side of engineering projects.
  • Experience with data-driven organizations, digital products, and analytics decision-making.
  • Proven business model innovation, strategic problem-solving, bridging business and engineering.
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week.
