Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

Location: Frankfurt, Germany. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $100,000–$112,000 per year

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop project approaches.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, track progress, and coordinate team meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis, develop hypotheses, and design qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and internal firm activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's degree, or a relevant PhD; 5–8 years of relevant work experience may substitute for an MBA or PhD.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant experience and 3–5 years of pre-MBA experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, synthesis, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Ability and motivation to lead and manage teams, with initiative, maturity, and a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English and work authorization for Germany are required.
