Focus on leading complex multi-product engagements, analyzing high-impact scenarios, designing innovative solutions, and maximizing adoption and value.

Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA: $80K – $100K (includes base + variable based on performance)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain expertise across Community Services products (permitting, licensing, inspections, GIS, asset management).
  • Champion best practices and lead complex customer engagements with discovery, workflow analysis, and technical assessments.
  • Design tailored strategies aligning solutions with regulatory requirements, service goals, and operational constraints.
  • Deliver advanced demonstrations connecting product capabilities to community operations outcomes.
  • Analyze ambiguous challenges, recommend solutions, document plans, manage issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, participate in events, webinars, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years implementing, supporting, or managing SaaS solutions with ownership of complex engagements.
  • Advanced technical aptitude to analyze systems, model workflows, and articulate concepts to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with community-facing government systems (permitting, licensing, inspections, asset management, GIS) strongly preferred.
  • Background in local government operations, GovTech, customer success, professional services, or technical support preferred.
