What you will do

• Map, analyze, and redesign critical operational processes across the Enterprise customer lifecycle to improve scalability and customer outcomes.
• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Systems teams to streamline handoffs and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with internal systems teams to ensure operational processes are reflected in tools like Salesforce, DocuSign, and ServiceNow.
• Analyze operational performance and use structured methodologies to identify and solve root causes of inefficiencies.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of redesigned processes through rollout plans and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or business transformation within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change across multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with enterprise operational systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, or ServiceNow.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
• Location: Must be based in the USA or LATAM.
