What you will do

• Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
• Design and implement systems and processes that facilitate scalability in a hyper-growth environment.
• Own and drive key operational metrics related to productivity and quality.
• Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive results as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software/data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations.
• B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, CS, or Data Science) from a top 20 university.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience driving the entire project management process for client onboarding and metric improvement.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in the Mountain View, CA office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retool, API, and Web Scraping.
