Customer Value Architect (SaaS): Driving adoption, value definition, and validation of the platform for high-value customers with an accent on translating technical solutions into quantifiable ROI. Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas. Must have current and unrestricted working rights in the USA (no visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $130K – $190K + Equity

What you will do
- Translate platform functionality into quantifiable value and ROI for high-value enterprise customers.
- Drive the adoption of the platform and ensure solutions deliver contractually scoped business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to embed solutions into customer workflows and change management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify expansion opportunities and inform account strategies.
- Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with specific customer goals.
- Build and maintain credible relationships with a broad audience of stakeholders within client organizations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally from a large consulting organization.
- Proven ability to develop tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to business priorities.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to translate customer outcomes into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trusted external stakeholder relationships.
- Current and unrestricted working rights in the USA.
