🎯 What you’ll be doing:
• Developing strategies and media plans (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit)
• Launching and optimizing campaigns (focused on ROI)
• Supporting sales (presentations, proposals)
• Working on retention and lead generation
• Analytics, reporting, and dashboards

✅ What we expect:
• 5+ years in performance / paid advertising
• Strong analytical skills and campaign optimization experience
• Experience with various ad formats
• Client communication skills
• English level C1+

➕ Nice to have: crypto / Web3, agency background
