🌐 Media Buyer (Remote) — Performance Marketing for Broker Clients
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our portfolio of international broker clients.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring compliance with platform policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels.
Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to broker‑related products and services.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑performing ad assets.
Ensure all campaigns follow advertising guidelines, compliance requirements, and platform policies.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
Identify new growth opportunities and emerging channels to scale results.
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in digital media buying, ideally in performance marketing.
Experience working with broker, fintech, or financial‑services clients is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and audience behavior.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience with compliance‑sensitive industries (finance, trading, fintech).
Familiarity with programmatic buying or DSP platforms.
Understanding of funnel optimization and CRO principles.
