✨ FB Performance Manager | Media Buyer (White Hat / Cybersecurity) ✨
Improve Team is a team that has been successfully shaping trends in iGaming for over 5 years. We build strong brands, develop powerful partnerships, and actively influence the growth of the niche.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
🔅 Manage the full cycle of Facebook Ads: from campaign creation to scaling white-hat offers (VPNs, antivirus software, password managers).
🔅 Prepare detailed briefs for designers to produce “clean” video and static creatives that pass moderation without cloaking while maintaining high CTR.
🔅 Work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and niche traffic sources (in-app, search, and potentially native networks — candidates with experience in any traffic source are welcome).
🔅 Promote cybersecurity services (VPNs, antivirus software, password managers, system utilities).
🔅 Track conversions, LTV (lifetime value), and ROI. Work with white-hat trackers and internal product analytics.
🔅 Identify new geos and approaches to ensure stable scaling without the risk of account bans.
📝 Candidate Requirements:
🔅 Proven White Hat experience (minimum 1–2 years working with white-hat verticals such as eCommerce, Apps, or SaaS).
🔅 Strong understanding of the Utilities/Cybersecurity market (e.g., differences between VPN users and cleaner app users).
🔅 Solid technical understanding of how anti-fraud systems, browsers, VPNs, and password managers work.
🔅 Clear understanding of “white-hat” moderation, including Meta advertising policies, to systematically avoid policy violations.
