What you will do
- Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align paid media strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to deliver strong ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale budgets profitably.
- Solid understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Working hours must align with the U.S. Time Zone.
Nice to have
- Experience in both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaign strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM or automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts or client portfolios.
