What you will do

  • Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align paid media strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to deliver strong ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale budgets profitably.
  • Solid understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Working hours must align with the U.S. Time Zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience in both Lead Generation and E-commerce campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM or automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
  • Experience managing multiple ad accounts or client portfolios.
