TL;DR
Sales Account Executive, SMB (Cybersecurity): Driving new customer acquisition for companies with $100M-$1B annual revenue with an accent on consultative discovery and value articulation for an autonomous pentesting platform. Focus on managing high-velocity pipelines, running effective evaluations, and closing technical security deals.
Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Arlington, VA (In office 3 days a week)
Compensation: $125K – $185K OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, from initial discovery through to close.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure consistent deal execution.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer security needs and risk tolerance.
- Present and demo the autonomous pentesting platform to security, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with SDRs and Sales Engineering to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales in a quota-carrying closing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-velocity SMB environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Arlington, VA office 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience selling technical products such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure software.
- Familiarity with pentesting, application security, vulnerability management, or cloud security.
- Experience working within a scaling SaaS organization.
