What you will do

• Advise business leaders and HR on employee relations and labor law across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and corporate policies.
• Manage recruitment, terminations, performance management, and internal investigations.
• Lead employment aspects of M&A deals and complex multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Oversee employment law litigation and manage outside counsel globally.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Finance, and Payroll teams on variable plans and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm or multinational tech company.
• Must be a qualified lawyer in the UK, France, Spain, Israel, or Ireland.
• Strong expertise in home jurisdiction employment law and willingness to master EMEA laws.
• Ability to evaluate risk and provide practical guidance in a fast-paced global environment.
• Fluent in English.
