What you will do

• Lead global corporate and operational legal matters, including insurance programs and cross-border subsidiary issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of M&A and strategic transactions, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, licenses, and services agreements with partners and vendors.
• Own due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and conduct AI-related legal assessments.
• Develop and improve data, privacy, and AI governance processes using technology and AI tools.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Security, Product, and HR teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in commercial or corporate law within a leading law firm or global technology company.
• Hands-on experience with M&A, strategic transactions, or complex cross-border projects.
• Strong familiarity with data protection, compliance, and emerging AI legal considerations.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv (Hybrid work model).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
