What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including partnerships, marketing, and SaaS.
• Support corporate transactions and payments function with financial regulation compliance.
• Assist employment teams and provide hands-on support to customer service.
• Deliver strategic legal advice to C-suite and build relationships across the organization.
• Adopt AI technologies to drive efficiency in legal processes.

Requirements

• UK-qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (flexible for strong fits).
• Trained at reputable law firm or in-house, preferably tech/scale-up.
• Commercial contracts drafting experience plus one of: M&A, AI governance, disputes, hosted software, payments regulation, or employment law.
• Proactive, adaptable, strong communicator, team player.
• Ambitious, keen to learn, willing to tackle challenges outside expertise.
