What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, including liquidity provider and custody arrangements.
• Oversee corporate governance for US and global entities and manage board secretarial duties.
• Lead end-to-end legal support for fundraising rounds and execute M&A transactions, including due diligence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Finance, HR, and Operations teams on day-to-day legal issues and risk mitigation.
• Support the development of internal legal templates, playbooks, and MTL applications.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-growth in-house legal environment.
• Proven track record in fintech, payments, or the crypto/web3 space (highly preferred).
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-lawyers with clarity and brevity.
