Salary: £61,601 – £74,963

What you will do

  • Lead financial controlling for central support functions (approx. £100m p.a.), delivering high-quality reporting and variance analysis.
  • Own mid-term planning and forecasting activities for the business.
  • Act as a trusted partner to UK Board Directors and Senior Leadership, providing financial insights.
  • Improve the methodology for recharging support function costs to various business areas.
  • Drive efficiency and automation across all reporting and planning processes.
  • Coordinate business-wide controlling activities, ensuring consistent assumptions and defined accountability.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including the Board.
  • Strong expertise in management accounting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive change initiatives.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Nottingham or Solihull (Hybrid).
