What you will do
- Create and manage target lists of dream logos in ICP, multi-threading stakeholders.
- Work blended pipeline: self-sourced and SDR-sourced opportunities into revenue.
- Handle full sales cycle: discovery, demos, value proof, commercial design, and closes.
- Build compelling ROI business cases for budget holders.
- Provide feedback from deals to refine messaging, product, and processes.
- Beat targets sustainably without burnout.
Requirements
- Speak native German and excellent English.
- 3+ years SaaS sales experience, fluent in consultative selling and MEDPICC.
- Curious, ambitious, disciplined, self-driven, and owner-minded.
- Proficient in CRM, navigating complex cycles and senior stakeholders.
- Data-curious and coachable, able to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
