TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Driving revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by automating ERP processes with AI agents, with an accent on insight-led selling, executive engagement, and full-cycle ownership. Focus on uncovering operational bottlenecks, building business cases, shaping multi-threaded deals, and positioning against fragmented automation stacks.

hirify.global is a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, building agentic AI for ERP automation in finance, procurement, logistics, and sales for global enterprises.

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Practice insight-led selling: run executive discovery, uncover bottlenecks, translate into target-state narratives and mutual action plans.
  • Own business cases, pricing, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value tied to executive priorities.
  • Orchestrate with Solutions Engineers for demos/workshops and with Customer Success for handoffs and expansion.
  • Position BLP competitively against point tools and incumbents with end-to-end differentiation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory)
  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
  • Proven insight-led enterprise sales cycles, pushing back respectfully, quantifying impact, mobilizing buying committees.
  • Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services and navigating enterprise procurement.
  • Manage complex multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC-style qualification and forecasting.
  • Strong collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or selling into finance/procurement transformations.
  • Experience with automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP).
  • Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
