Account Executive (SaaS): Driving strategic expansion and adoption of the observability platform within a portfolio of critical enterprise customers in Germany with an accent on value orchestration and executive alignment. Focus on identifying and closing high-value expansion opportunities and managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Location: Berlin or Munich, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for high-value, complex enterprise customers.
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and SRE/DevOps leadership.
- Identify and close complex six- and seven-figure expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell).
- Coordinate a virtual account team, including Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing.
- Maintain a precise sales pipeline and deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts via Salesforce.
- Lead negotiations for large-scale enterprise agreements and renewals, managing procurement and legal complexities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales with a focus on expansion.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder 6- and 7-figure deals with cycles exceeding 6 months.
- Command of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or Value-based selling methodologies.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both technical leaders and business executives.
- Strong understanding of German business culture and the enterprise landscape.
- Must have valid work authorization for Germany (visa sponsorship is not available).
