Fully Remote US. Not currently hiring in AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, WV. Work from home in distraction-free environment for virtual video meetings.

What you will do

• Partner with executive stakeholders to redesign efficient, fair, data-driven hiring processes.
• Design and present ROI analyses articulating financial and cultural impacts of hirify.global investment.
• Lead high-level demonstrations focused on business outcomes and solution storytelling.
• Stay ahead of HCM trends as trusted advisor for clients and internal teams.
• Mentor sales and customer success teams on consulting strategies and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HCM consulting with deep understanding of talent landscape.
• Deep SaaS fluency and integration into enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong communication to translate tech into business language for HR directors or CTOs.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven narratives and change.
• Motivated, solution-oriented with independent and collaborative drive.
