TL;DR

Head of Solution Consulting (Workforce): Managing a team of Solution Consultants to drive technical sales and product implementation for the workforce vertical with an accent on technical strategy and client growth. Focus on bridging the gap between sales and product, optimizing solution design, and scaling the workforce pod's performance.

Location: Must be located in one of the location hubs: New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $215K – $260K + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Manage the vision and strategy for the Solution Consulting function within the Workforce Pod.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants to improve overall performance.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to develop short and long-term technical strategies.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for hirify.global products, managing technical points of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Design and implement Solution Consulting playbooks to streamline operations and measure KPIs.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to ensure successful product adoption and integration for strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in one of the company's location hubs (NYC, DC, Seattle, Miami, or SF).
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management.
  • Deep understanding of regulations and business models within the Workforce market.
  • Proven track record of building and leading teams to meet KPIs in solution consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.

  • MBA or professional certifications in the domain market.
