What you will do

• Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for subsidiary and consolidated financial reporting.
• Oversee the accounts payable function, including vendor invoicing, payment cycles, and AP aging reconciliation.
• Prepare complex journal entries and perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage complex intercompany transactions and allocate direct and overhead expenses across legal entities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and automation within corporate accounting processes.
• Support external audits by coordinating PBC requests and providing detailed financial analysis.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and experience handling multiple subsidiaries and intercompany allocations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Bill.com, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
