What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process from invoice receipt through to payment.
• Verify, code, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and prepare reports on KPIs such as Days Payable Outstanding (DPO).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy in accruals and reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize payment processes and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, vendor management, and tax compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.
• Must be based in Mexico for hybrid work.
