Salary: $94,000 – $141,000

What you will do

• Manage the full Procure-to-Pay process, including GL coding of vendor invoices and weekly pay runs.
• Ensure all invoices are entered accurately, aligned with vendor contracts, and correctly mapped to the chart of accounts.
• Produce and analyze weekly AP Aging reports to prioritize vendor payments.
• Maintain the W9 database and manage all vendor communications to resolve discrepancies.
• Audit company credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance with T&E policies.
• Optimize accounting procedures through the use of Coupa and AI tools.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and the ability to adapt to new technology and AI tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from the San Jose office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, Coupa, or Stripe.
• Background in data center, cloud infrastructure, or hardware industries.
• Experience working in pre-IPO, post-IPO, or public company environments.
• Practical experience applying AI in professional activities.
