What you will do

• Manage the full AP invoice lifecycle for US, Czech, and Canadian operations.
• Handle vendor onboarding, including profile creation and record maintenance.
• Generate Purchase Orders and manage procurement documentation.
• Process, code, and manage incoming invoices to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review and validate employee travel expense reports according to company policies.
• Prepare payment batches and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Czech Accounting Standards and US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with procure-to-pay lifecycles or AP software (ZIP experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with expense management platforms such as Concur, Expensify, or Navan.
• Understanding of 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving).
