What you will do

• Convert high-level program plans into actionable on-road testing plans with Fleet Operations, aligning on scheduling, safety, and feasibility.
• Lead execution of internal and external testing/validation programs, coordinating technical and operations teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between model developers, researchers, product, and operations for two-way feedback and faster iterations.
• Ensure operational readiness with consistent experiment design, vehicle availability, and process quality at scale.
• Leverage fleet data and metrics for problem-solving, process refinement, and quantifying operational improvements.
• Drive innovation in testing methods like adversarial routes and edge cases to uncover breakthroughs.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management or operations at R&D, product, and field testing intersection (e.g., autonomous systems, robotics).
• Track record managing programs/demonstrations with coordination between technical and operational teams.
• Deep knowledge of test planning, operational readiness, and feedback loops between field and development.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills for cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to influence remote/international stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and up to 30% international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in AV, ADAS, or field robotics operations.
• Knowledge of automotive testing protocols or OEM partnerships.
• Scaling in global teams, data analysis, dashboards, and project tools (Confluence, Jira).
