What you will do
- Generate and nurture leads for transactional customers via digital platforms using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Score and handover qualified leads for Strategic and Operational customers to Account Managers.
- Capture customer requirements to configure solutions that maximize value for both the customer and the company.
- Drive sales efficiency and promote customer self-service via e-business and digital platforms.
- Ensure excellence in customer engagement and experience for transactional accounts.
- Manage customer documentation and comply with commercial practices and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Solid experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong customer service skills, drive for results, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work from the London (UK) or Lund (Sweden) offices.
