What you will do
- Plan and implement sales and marketing efforts for cardiovascular and critical care fields in OR and ICU.
- Promote products and provide clinical updates to healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Deliver regular product and clinical training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage new product launches, including the reimbursement price approval process.
- Provide field support to distributors and accounts to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with ComOps and Business Areas to resolve product complaints and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare-related fields, or relevant disciplines.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies within the medical device industry.
- Medical background (2-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform occasional domestic and international travel.
