What you will do

• Plan and implement sales and marketing efforts for cardiovascular and critical care fields in OR and ICU.
• Promote products and provide clinical updates to healthcare professionals and distributors.
• Deliver regular product and clinical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage new product launches, including the reimbursement price approval process.
• Provide field support to distributors and accounts to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with ComOps and Business Areas to resolve product complaints and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare-related fields, or relevant disciplines.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies within the medical device industry.
• Medical background (2-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform occasional domestic and international travel.
