What you will do

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and supporting assets for new IT systems and business processes.
• Translate complex technical and process-heavy content into clear, engaging learning experiences aligned to real job tasks.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to clarify performance needs and design solutions for adoption and application.
• Apply performance-focused principles to address behavior gaps beyond system navigation.
• Manage multiple deliverables independently, iterate based on feedback, and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• BA/BS with minimum 4 years of experience in facilitation, classroom training, content creation, or instructional design
• Previous experience as classroom, virtual, or ILT facilitator/trainer with understanding of learner engagement.
• Strong content creation and writing skills for engaging experiences using storytelling and scenarios.
• Performance consulting: diagnose gaps, advise on learning solutions, and identify non-training alternatives.
• Strong instructional design using ADDIE, action mapping, and learning science (e.g., Mayer’s principles).
• Independent work ethic, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• Project management for timelines and deliverables; include portfolio link demonstrating relevant work.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical or process-heavy content (IT systems, manufacturing, operations).
• Experience developing eLearning or blended learning solutions.
