TL;DR
Director of Client Education & Training (SaaS/EdTech): Overseeing operations of the Client Education and Training team for websites, communications, and apps with an accent on onboarding, curriculum development, and LMS infrastructure. Focus on scaling training strategies, partnering with product teams on roadmap impacts, and driving client product adoption through metrics like CSAT and completion rates.
Location: 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US. Permanent residents of the United States required, current and continued residency mandatory.
Salary: From $110,000 to $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Own client readiness metrics including course completion, product adoption, knowledge checks, training CSAT, and post-implementation adoption.
- Develop strategies to scale the training team for growing client base, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
- Lead training services roadmap covering onboarding, on-demand training, certifications, onsite training, and events like University.
- Build and maintain education infrastructure and LMS, collaborating with Support on knowledge base updates.
- Partner with Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success on educational content and curriculum aligned to product roadmap.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and career development for Professional Services teams.
Requirements
- Permanent resident of the United States with continued US residency required.
- Experience with CMS like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla.
- Experience with LMS like Thought Industries, SkillJar, Docebo.
- Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics platforms.
- 5+ years leading education/training teams up to 12 members.
- Proven experience delivering client education programs in SaaS or tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
