TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Cyber APAC): Selling cybersecurity services including offensive security, GRC, managed security, and incident response to key industries like financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing with an accent on pan-SEA markets targeting Cantonese, Korean, and Japanese speaking clients. Focus on generating leads, closing deals, upselling, and building pipeline through prospecting and relationship management.

Location: Singapore. Candidate must have the right to work in Singapore. This role does not support work permit sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Deliver revenue targets monthly and quarterly by generating net new leads, closing deals, and prospecting via cold-calling and LinkedIn.
  • Re-engage existing clients to promote cybersecurity offerings and upsell across multiple lines of business.
  • Manage and close marketing leads while building a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Update CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics and collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and post-sales teams for end-to-end sales.
  • Participate in client kick-off and debrief calls, and complete onboarding training.

Requirements

  • Right to work in Singapore required; no work permit sponsorship.
  • Degree in relevant field with 5+ years in consultancy or sales, preferably cybersecurity.
  • Track record of growth in strategic organizations.
  • Experience selling offensive security, GRC, managed security, or incident response preferred.
  • Fluent English; Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean strongly preferred.
  • Strong CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), negotiation, presentation, prospecting, and cold-calling skills.
