Senior UI/UX designer

Company
Arvix. We are looking a designer for USG project based in USA.
We work with social graph, content, paid channels, and interaction between creators and subscribers.
A large, stable design load: responsive web application.

Format
• Fully remote
• 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency
• Distributed team (CIS, EU, USA)
• Possible contractual format if you have non-Russian/Belarusian citizenship/life permit
• Salary: 2200-2400$

Requirements

Experience

• 3―5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design
• Proven track record in product companies or venture-backed startups
• Ability to own processes, establish structure, and align requirement flows

Skills

• Advanced Figma (Auto-layout, styles, components, design systems, prototyping, interactive components)
• Experience designing for web and responsive mobile interfaces
• Crafting high-level UX flows, CJMs, and user flows
• Preparing production-ready layouts for developers
• Hand-off documentation (Figma to Confluence)
• Experience with A/B testing and driving metric growth through UX
• Background in UGC or social products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing designs for the upcoming mobile application
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and QA
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure flow and logic consistency
• Level up the design team’s capabilities and practices
