What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles within your stream.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or GetMatch.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques (X-ray search is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
