What you will do
- Establish the Turkey recruiting function, including defining team structure and hiring 2–4 recruiters.
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional recruiting team while maintaining high performance standards.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for highly technical and non-technical roles using the MEI (Merit, Excellence, Intelligence) philosophy.
- Design and optimize TA processes, frameworks, and tooling to drive quality of hire.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders to build proactive talent pipelines.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to People leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of leading recruiting teams in tech or fintech.
- Proven experience recruiting for highly technical IT roles (software engineers, data, infrastructure).
- Ability to build or significantly improve a recruiting function from scratch.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Fluency in Turkish and solid knowledge of Turkish labor law.

- Experience working with US-headquartered or globally distributed companies.
- Background in high-growth startup environments characterized by ambiguity and speed.
- Familiarity with structured candidate assessments and psychometric tools.
- Ability to use data dashboards to influence resource planning and leadership decisions.
