What you will do

• Drive company-wide business operations initiatives to improve execution, alignment, and efficiency across all functions.
• Own and manage cross-functional KPIs across Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Product and R&D leadership on planning, prioritization, and execution aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to identify performance gaps and align operational insights with product strategy.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, removing bottlenecks to ensure successful execution.
• Build and implement an internal AI strategy to improve organizational efficiency, automation, and scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, product, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and GTM teams.
• Ability to define, track, and drive KPIs across multiple business functions.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation for building internal workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of SaaS operational models and go-to-market strategies.
