What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding, hirify.global pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
• Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and solve complex database and backend issues.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide delivery and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design methodologies and tools to enhance customer service and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to drive advertiser success and revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, APIs, and Mobile SDKs.
• Experience with tracking implementation methods such as Shopify, WordPress, or DCM.
• Ability to translate complex technical investigations into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia to support the hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch).
• Knowledge of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, and ad operations.
• Working experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
