Salary: $134,000 - $181,000

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end integration projects from discovery to go-live, including detailed project planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead technical discovery and design calls with customer IT stakeholders to map workflows and systems to the hirify.global platform.
• Draft detailed design documentation and ETL specifications to align internal engineering and customer IT teams.
• Analyze complex data relationships, identify anomalies, and build custom queries to streamline validation and mapping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to drive integration delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and executing complex technical integration projects from scoping to delivery.
• Experience leading technical discovery and drafting design documentation for customer IT stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in data transformation and design, working alongside data scientists and engineers.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and various analytical tools.
• This position is not eligible for work sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
