What you will do
- Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process, including pixel implementation and conversion tracking.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve onboarding issues and ensure campaign health.
- Conduct detailed campaign performance analysis and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and external client technical teams for successful product integration.
- Design tools and methodologies to improve customer service and troubleshooting efficiency.
Requirements
- English: Fluency is a must
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience in technical solutions or support roles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, API calls, and related tools.
- Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid work schedule)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to translate technical analysis into actionable client steps.
Nice to have
- Experience with tracking implementation (Shopify, Wordpress, DCM) and pixel implementation (S2S, cookies).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch).
- Knowledge of attribution models, testing frameworks, and privacy regulations.
- General understanding of the digital media industry, ad serving technologies, and tools.
