What you will do

• Design technical solutions for software implementations, configurations, and data transformations.
• Develop publishing stylesheets and utilize related content management technologies.
• Analyze requirements for new sales initiatives to define technical feasibility and value propositions.
• Serve as a product expert to define new features and improvements for the software.
• Lead workshops, consulting sessions, and training events for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration.
• Experience in content management and data analysis.
• Ability to define and demonstrate software solutions to end-clients.
• Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, or MIL-STD.
• Familiarity with FrameMaker, InDesign, Oxygen, XMetaL, or Arbortext Editor.
• Knowledge of the translation process, data composition, and publishing.
