TL;DR
Senior Programmatic Account Manager (Performance Advertising): Manage a book of tier-1 programmatic clients, identify and execute upsell opportunities, and optimize performance at scale with an accent on data analytics and relationship building. Focus on monitoring KPIs, troubleshooting integrations, conducting QBRs, and collaborating with product teams to enhance client features.
Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (3 days in-office required)

What you will do
- Manage programmatic partners by understanding KPIs, identifying upsell opportunities, and growing partnerships.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize client integrations and performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct weekly client calls, share data-backed insights, and review performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to influence strategy.
- Develop long-term account plans and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with product and internal teams to build features based on client feedback and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- B.A./BSc degree
- 5+ years client-facing experience in Programmatic/Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; proficient in data-driven decisions, A/B testing, trend identification
- Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
- Excited by complex analytical challenges
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic platforms (SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB integrations)
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs for productivity
