TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Programmatic): Managing a book of tier-1 programmatic clients and executing upsell and optimization opportunities with an accent on relationship building and data-driven decision making. Focus on optimizing programmatic integrations, conducting QBRs, and collaborating with Product Management to drive product evolution.

Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel) — 3 days in-office required

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of programmatic partners, identifying and executing growth and upsell opportunities to grow overall partnerships.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for various client integrations and activities.
  • Utilize data analytics tools like Tableau, QlikSense, and Excel to derive business insights and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, conducting weekly calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Influence client business strategies and decision-making through data-backed performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to improve products and build new features based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • B.A / BSc degree.
  • 5+ years of professional B2B client-facing experience in online media or performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to provide world-class client service while focusing on revenue growth.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and handle complex analytical challenges.

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic platforms (SSPs & DSPs) and OpenRTB integrations.
  • Proven track record of upselling to large, international B2B organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity.
