What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with top China outbound publishers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a consultant matching client needs with growth strategies to increase ad revenue.
  • Perform data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to present results and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with global Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.
  • Provide expertise on hirify.global platform features for client monetization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in AdTech, focusing on publisher/app developers’ monetization BD or account management
  • Deep knowledge of monetization ecosystems like AdSense, in-app models, or content/utility/gaming developers
  • Professional fluency in English for daily work with global teams
  • Strong data sensitivity and rigorous analysis for revenue optimization
  • Experience in multinational companies advancing projects across engineering and product teams

Nice to have

  • Specific experience with China outbound developers in utility, gaming, or OEM sectors
  • Background in strategic sales or business development in programmatic advertising
