What you will do

• Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes by reviewing and verifying corporate documents for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and develop strong working relationships with integrated partners to ensure mutual growth.
• Plan and implement strategies based on partner feedback to improve operational processes and product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and data-driven recommendations for partner concerns.
• Handle daily customer and partner inquiries with professional communication to ensure long-term retention.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, or the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Google Suite programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Ability to work shifting schedules, including graveyard and weekend shifts.
