What you will do
- Drive monetization and revenue growth by proactively educating partners on the value of the platform.
- Introduce and convert partners to ’s payment solutions through the sales cycle.
- Act as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts to ensure successful product adoption.
- Optimize marketplace listing content and availability to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback for future feature enhancements.
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner handovers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role delivering business outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial performance.
- Experience in outbound call environments or similar sales positions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Hong Kong for on-site work.
Nice to have
- Fluency or conversational proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
