What you will do

  • Drive monetization and revenue growth by proactively educating partners on the value of the platform.
  • Introduce and convert partners to hirify.global’s payment solutions through the sales cycle.
  • Act as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Optimize marketplace listing content and availability to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback for future feature enhancements.
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner handovers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial Account Management role delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial performance.
  • Experience in outbound call environments or similar sales positions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
